PIVX, a Decentralized Autonomous Organization has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") will provide you with information about the collection, processing and use of personal data when using our websites. It also describes your options regarding use, access and correction of your personal information, as well as your rights in determining what we do with the information that we collect or hold about you. Our goal is to empower you by giving you straightforward and clear information so you can make informed decisions about our products and services.

PIVX is the operator of this website, together with PIVX.org and PIVXfoundation.org, (each are their own "websites" and together comprise the ecosystem of "websites"). As a rights preserving project, we believe the protection of your personal data and privacy is serious. It is our policy to always respect your privacy and rights as it pertains to any information we may collect from you whilst you are on the "websites". We will ever only ask for personal information when it is paramount to provide a service. Visiting our websites

To access our forums at forum.pivx.org you must set up an account. This entails providing us with your username, e-mail address, and password.

This collected data, which must be voluntarily provided in order to use this specific function of the "website" is used for the purpose of providing your password-protected access to your base data we have stored.

Contact possibility via the website
