Esta actualización de los desarrolladores es un intento de resumir todo el trabajo que se lleva a cabo en GitHub por parte del equipo central durante este período (generalmente 2 semanas). Esto debería mostrar el gran trabajo realizado todos los días por nuestros desarrolladores y para la mayoría pudiera pasar desapercibido. Ten en cuenta que esto no solo cubre el trabajo de los desarrolladores principales de PIVX, sino que también resaltará a todos los desarrolladores de la comunidad y que contribuyen a la base del código. Mi intento de publicar actualizaciones de desarrollo simples y breves de las actividades de GitHub cada 2 semanas fue un completo fracaso, esto es debido a que la cantidad de actividades recientes tanto por parte de desarrolladores centrales como de la comunidad PIVX ha sido increíble y algunos temas personales no me permitieron publicar la semana pasada. Al final, esto fue algo bueno porque ahora tengo más actualizaciones sobre las cuales escribir.

 

  • La semana pasada se realizó el lanzamiento público de la wallet Testnet de próxima generación 4.0. Esta nueva beta pública básicamente te da acceso de primera mano a la nueva versión de la actualización de la interfaz de usuario donde puedes probar todas las nuevas funciones en búsqueda de errores. Por lo tanto, alentamos a todos a que la prueben y notifiquen a los desarrolladores en caso de encontrar cualquier error. En caso de que te sea posible probarla, puede ver a la nueva wallet en acción en este video.
  • La función de Cold Staking (PR #955) está en camino gracias al trabajo realizado por múltiples desarrolladores en las últimas semanas y ha progresado en las pruebas internas en una red de testnet separada. Definitivamente vale la pena esperar por esta característica, ya que permitirá el stake de PIVX de una forma más segura, donde ya no será necesario mantener tu dinero en una wallet conectada a internet las 24 horas para realizar el stake de PIVX.
  • En los pasados días han circulado algunos artículos en blogs de noticias sobre una vulnerabilidad PoS en PIVX, que PIVX está siendo atacada y que la corrección al problema PR #803 no lo ha solucionado. Bueno, se solucionó en ese entonces y no está relacionado con la «falso stake» como se afirma. Los desarrolladores principales de PIVX son conscientes de las actividades de stake sospechosas y la semana pasada se emitió una declaración pública en el canal de actualizaciones importantes (#important-updates) en el Discord de PIVX tal como se muestra a continuación y se esperan más actualizaciones sobre este tema muy pronto.

 

Como puedes ver, las últimas semanas han sido un período de mucha acción para PIVX, un montón de desarrollo sólido y de código abierto ha tenido lugar, además de la atención de la comunidad blockchain e ¡incluso en los medios tradicionales! PIVX con la actualización innovadora de la wallet a la vuelta de la esquina, ciertamente está más sólida y fuerte que nunca, y seguirá siendo una de las criptomonedas con el mejor equipo de desarrollo con el claro objetivo de cumplir con su manifiesto.

– This is a brand new UI/UX wallet, designed in collaboration with Krubit UI and UX designers and written from scratch in Qt by core dev furszy and Krubit front-end developers. It is targeted to replace the current GUI starting from v4.0.0 release. More info and a full demo video can be seen

– This customized staking feature (name subject to change) allows a mutually agreed full-node online wallet to stake coins from an address that it has been given delegation to stake from. This provides extra security for stakers while still requiring a full node online wallet. More info can be found HERE

– This is a highly requested feature where it provides users an option to backup and restore the entire wallet (all associated addresses and their balances) using a multi-word seed phrase instead of more complex file-based or private-key methods.
